Use of Sentinel Ready Kits.
Effective September 29, 2026. These terms apply to purchases and use of digital products offered through Sentinel Ready Kits.
Digital products and permitted use
Sentinel Ready Kits provides digital emergency-planning, security, and training resources. After purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license for your organization’s internal use. You may customize and print the materials for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or present the files as your own product.
Customization and professional judgment
These resources require customization. You are responsible for verifying local contacts, procedures, laws, accessibility needs, hazards, and operational decisions. The resources do not provide legal, regulatory, engineering, medical, mental-health, emergency-services, or individualized consulting advice, and they do not create a certification.
Purchases and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges unless a product page states otherwise. After payment confirmation, an authorized browser receives a private download link that expires after seven days. Download and retain your files promptly. If you need help with an order, use the support page.
Refund requests
Because these are digital resources, refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support promptly with your order reference and the reason for the request. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but they are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sentinel Resilience Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when products or practices change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the customer-support page.
