Information handled during a purchase
Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives the payment information and any contact or billing information you provide in its checkout experience. Sentinel Ready Kits does not collect or store card numbers on this website.
To confirm a purchase and provide the correct download, the site records limited order information: Stripe session ID, purchased product identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and event details. The site does not intentionally store customer names, payment-card data, or billing addresses in its fulfillment record.
Cookies and browser storage
After Checkout begins, the site uses a secure, HTTP-only purchase-verification cookie that expires after 24 hours. It helps the site confirm that the browser returning from Stripe is authorized to view that order's private download link.
The site also stores the current shopping cart in your browser session storage. You can remove this information by clearing your browser data. The site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
How information is used
- Process and confirm purchases through Stripe.
- Provide the purchased download and prevent unauthorized access to it.
- Maintain security, investigate abuse, and operate the website.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations when applicable.
Service providers and sharing
We use Stripe for payment processing and Netlify for website hosting and server-side delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising as this site is currently configured.
Retention and security
Private download links expire after seven days. Purchase-event records are retained only as needed for order support, security, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical controls, including Stripe-hosted payment collection, signed download links, and restricted server-side fulfillment records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal data is handled. To make a privacy request or ask a question, use our customer-support page. We may need to verify your request before responding.
Children's privacy and changes
Sentinel Ready Kits is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. We may update this notice when our practices or services change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
